What is the minimum size group you insure? Is there a maximum size?
Delta Dental offers benefit plans for groups from 2 to 50 (small group) and 51 + (no maximum) for large groups. We also offer individual plans for individuals and families.
Does a group need to be headquartered in Wyoming to receive a quote from Delta Dental of Wyoming?
Yes. A group must be based in Wyoming. We can service groups who are headquartered in Wyoming but have employees located outside of the state.

What’s the minimum contribution level from the employer?
The minimum contribution level from the employer is 100 percent of the employee rate, unless you are selling a voluntary program.
How many employees are required to quote orthodontics?
We require a minimum of 20 employees before we will quote orthodontics, unless the group had orthodontic coverage through their previous carrier.
What are the commissions paid by Delta Dental?
Delta Dental offers a percentage based on group size. Please see our contract or Agent Commission Schedule.
How long does it take to receive a quote from Delta Dental?
