COVID-19 Update For Our Brokers
We want to assure you we are committed to doing everything we can to minimize disruptions while continuing to work with you during uncertainty. To help your groups and those with individual dental plans, we are introducing the Group and Individual Dental Plan Premium Relief Programs.
For groups, we will credit one half (1/2) of the amount paid toward their premium balance due in April. If your group has already paid their April premiums, DDWY will credit one half (1/2) of the amount paid toward their May premium balance due.
If they have not paid their April premium amount due, they can cut that total bill for April in half and only remit ½ of the amount due for April.
For individuals that pay monthly, we will pull just one half (1/2) of their regular monthly rate for April. For individuals who pay annually, we will credit one half (1/2) of their April monthly rate to be applied on their next annual billing cycle.
