COVID-19 Update For Our Network Dentists

We understand this has been incredibly disruptive to your practices and we know you are working hard to balance the needs of your patients, employees, business and family. We want to assure you that we will do everything possible to be responsive and avoid causing any further disruption to your practice.

To continue to support our member dentists, we are offering a program, the Delta Dental of Wyoming Claims Advance Program (CAP), to provide financial support to Delta Dental Premier and Delta Dental PPO plus Premier practices that are following the CDC and ADA recommendations to close for all non-emergency care.

The amount offered to each Dental practice is based upon the Tax Identification Number (TIN) and is unique to each practice/office.  The amount each practice/office is eligible for is based on a combination of three criteria.  Criteria 1 is based upon the amount paid to your office in 2019, Criteria 2 is based upon how long you have participated with our Premier program (limited to two licenses per TIN and up to 10 years for each license), and Criteria 3 is based upon PPO participation (with the similar criteria as phase 2).  We sincerely hope this advance will help each office to alleviate some of the financial burden from the limitations you are now practicing under due to COVID-19.

Information and applications have been sent to your offices the week of March 30th and applications were due back by April 15, 2020.

We will continue to serve you and your offices by making our customer service team available during normal business hours to answer questions, and process claims. As always, if you have any questions please contact us at 307-632-3313 or 800-735-3379 or via email at
